That's it. No additional mileage charge, no additional charge for any pitch adjustment performed during a piano tuning, no high-pressure sales pitch, just a piano tuner who considers it a privilege to work in the field of piano tuning and repair.

Piano tuning:

$140.00 (flat fee).

Other work:

Grand piano soundboard dusting, $20.00 (flat fee).
All other work, $80.00 per hour, rounded to the nearest 15-minute interval of $20.00, plus any parts.
A one-half hour minimum labor charge of $40.00 if Jim is there and doesn't perform a piano tuning.
